Bite Sized Learning Documents

As part of the virtual leadership development offerings from the Leadership Framework, there are a wealth of leadership resources for you to access whenever you need them.  This is the first stage of your leadership journey at Durham, and here you can find some of our Bite Size content on leadership, as well as resources you can browse to learn more about leadership skills and reflect on your own progress.

We have worked with industry expert Dave Algeo – better known as the Stress(ed) Guru – a trainer, speaker, and coach in aspects of leadership and wellbeing, to produce a collection of 10 Bite Size videos, each addressing a different aspect of leadership. Each video is around 5 minutes in length, providing an introduction to each element of leadership.
